Description:
You are able to distribute your reports through many methods which your device supports. This will vary by device and you may need to install additional support on Android if you are unable to view or distribute your reports.
You can distribute a report either as a file or via a public link which can be useful for larger PDF reports that cannot be transferred via email. Additionally, you can choose to email reports directly from within Insite. This will send a link to the recipients from app@insiteapp.co.uk.
Notes:
- When sharing the link or QR code to a report, please be aware that anyone with the link or QR code will be able to download the file. As such, care must be taken when distributing the link.
