You can reduce the size of a PDF report in two ways. Firstly, you can reduce the file size in MB of the reports by adjusting the image quality. Secondly, you can reduce the number of pages in a report by changing the image size.
To reduce the report file size:
You are able to reduce the size of a PDF report by adjusting the image quality. See Create a report and refer to step 6. Use the slider to change the image quality and reduce the size of the report.
Note: You are unable to change the size of a report which has already been generated. You must generate a new report and change the quality before you generate it.
To reduce the image sizes in the report:
You are able to reduce the size of a PDF report by adjusting the number of images displayed per row. See Create a report and refer to step 6. Use the drop-down next to Images per row to adjust the number up or down to scale the images and alter the number of pages in the report.
