I can't see my name or company name on my reports

You have disabled the display of the Auditor name and Auditor company in the settings.

Insite allows you to toggle whether to display your name and company name in reports via the settings.

Solutions

1. Change your settings to show your name and company when generating a report.

2. Check that you have set your name and company name in your profile.
