I can't upload images from my devices library

Most common cause of symptom

You have not allowed permission to Insite from your mobile device.

Reason

Permission must be granted to Insite to access your device's image library. This is usually covered by a prompt which will appear on your screen the first time you try to access the library from within the app. However, for whatever reason, you may need to set this manually.
