By default your PDF reports will display headers under each item to break down the information as follows:
- Details
- Title
- Description
- Information
- Created by
- Created date
- Status
- Due date
- Assignees
- Locations
- Comments
- Image comments
In order to reduce the size of your reports, you can consolidate the headers by removing the Details and Information headers and only showing one of the Comments headers (depending upon whether there are only comments, only image comments or both present on the item).
To change whether to show all headers or not:
1. From the home screen go to Menu > Settings.
2. Tap Reports under the General heading.
3. Tap on the switch next to the Show intermediate headers option under the Display heading to choose whether or not they are displayed. If the switch is blue they will all be displayed. If the switch is grey only the required headers will be.
Note: This will not change the display settings of your existing reports.
