Description:
With Insite you have the ability to sign off or archive lists that are completed or which you would no longer like to work on. Signed off and archived lists move into a read-only state so they cannot be updated further to protect the state they were in at the time of being moved into either state.
Notes:
- You can move a list back to an active state after it has been signed off or archived if you need to add or update any items. See Re-activate a signed-off or archived list.
- You can still create new reports for signed-off or archived lists.
