Report settings: Toggle which datestamps are shown and whether to show the time

You are able to customise which date stamps are displayed on your reports. There are four date stamps that can be toggled on or off:

• Date stamp on images
• Date stamp on status (displays last updated date)
• Date stamp on general comments
• Date stamp on image comments

You can also choose whether or not you wish to include the time with the datestamps. E.g. display "Mon 05 Apr, 2021" or "Mon 05 Apr, 2021 17:46"

To toggle which date stamps are displayed:

1. From the home screen go to Menu > Settings.

2. Tap Reports under the General heading.

3. Tap on the switches next to each Date stamp on... field under the Date stamps heading to choose whether or not they should be displayed. If the switch is blue the datestamp for that field will be displayed for each item.

 

To toggle whether to show the time:

1. From the home screen go to Menu > Settings.

2. Tap Reports under the General heading.

3. Tap on the switch next to the Include time with the date stamps field under the Date stamps heading to choose whether or not to show the time. If the switch is blue each datestamp will also include the time (Mon 05 Apr, 2021 17:46). If the switch is grey only the date will be displayed (Mon 05 Apr, 2021).

 

Notes:

- These changes will not change the display settings of your existing reports.
