When using Insite on a desktop, your browser may cache our web app. This means when we push an update you may still be using an outdated version of the application.
To fix this issue we need to tell the browser to do a hard refresh, which will force it to fetch the web app from our servers and not from your browser's cache. This will result in you getting the latest version of the web app.
This isn't something you need to do every time you use Insite. You will receive an on-screen prompt when you are running an outdated version of the application, and only then do you need to hard refresh once to make sure you get the latest version. This is also not something you need to worry about when you are using the Insite through the mobile application. Updating is then managed in the normal way for any app where you can go to the app store and download any available updates.
The following sections should explain how to do a hard refresh in your browser.

- Mac - Hold down Shift and click the Reload button or Hold down Command, Shift and press the R key
