Description:
When generating a new report you can choose whether you want to show the summary page or hide it completely. If shown, you can also decide whether you wish to include the graphs or just the summary text and sign-off information.
By default, the summary page and graphs will be shown on your reports. This article explains how you can change these defaults in your report settings.
Also by default, the graphs will be keyed by the item status. This can be updated if you would rather have a breakdown of your items by their priority. You can also re-arrange the assignees and locations graphs to choose which of the two will fill the width of the page and which of them will only be half the width.
Notes:
- If you hide the graphs and there is no summary text or sign-off information provided then the summary page will not show.
- It is possible to toggle the summary page and graphs on a report-by-report basis. See Showing and hiding report summary page and graphs.
