Description:
You can pre-define a list of phrases to be used in your item titles and descriptions. You set these up at the Plan level in the Admin Console. You have the choice of manually creating the phrases or importing them from a .csv file (see: Import or export text (.txt or .csv) files for more information about .csv files).
This article describes how you can add and update the phrases and how you can choose which field they will be available for (title or description).
Notes:
- Only Plan Admins are able to add and manage dictionary phrases. If you are not a Plan Admin you will not be able to access the Admin Console.

1. Importing phrases using a .csv file
1.1. Go to the Settings screen
1.2. Select the Autofill dictionary option under the Items section to go to the Item details dictionary page.
1.3. Click on Import in the heading next to the search bar. You will now be presented with the import pop-up.
1.4. Select Choose to open your file explorer or drag and drop a file onto the box. You can select multiple files and all of the values will be grouped together.
1.5. All of the values from the file will now be presented in the import pop-up. You can now review the values before importing them. Select a value to edit it or use the ✕ to remove it.
1.6. Next, choose which field(s) you would like these new phrases to be available for. You can choose either Title or Description, or select both.
1.7. Press the Save button to confirm. Your new phrases will be imported onto the plan and will be available when adding or updating items in the Insite platform. See Update item details.
2. Manually adding phrases
2.1. Go to the Settings screen
2.2. Select the Autofill dictionary option under the Items section to go to the Item details dictionary page.
2.3. Click on the Blue ⊕ button in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen to open the New phrase pop-up.
2.4. Choose which field(s) you would like these new phrases to be available for. You can choose either Title or Description, or select both.
2.5. Enter the phrase in the textbox.
2.6. Press the Save button to confirm. Your new phrase will be created and will be available when adding or updating items in the Insite platform. See Update item details.
3. Updating phrases & their availability
3.1. Go to the Settings screen
3.2. Select the Autofill dictionary option under the Items section to go to the Item details dictionary page.
a. To update an individual phrase
1. Click on the phrase that you would like to update to open the Manage phrase pop-up.
2. Update the phrase and availability as desired.
3. Press the Save button to confirm.
b. To update the availability of multiple phrases
1. Use the checkboxes to select the phrases that you would like to update.
2. Click on the Actions button in the heading next to the search bar. You will now be presented with several options. You can either update the availability to the phrases using the options under the Update heading, or delete the phrases using Delete phrases.
3. Any changes will automatically be saved and will take effect instantly.
4. Deleting phrases
3.1. Go to the Settings screen
3.2. Select the Autofill dictionary option under the Items section to go to the Item details dictionary page.
3.3. Use the checkboxes to select the phrases that you would like to delete.
3.4. Click on the Actions button in the heading next to the search bar. You will now be presented with several options. Choose Delete phrases. You will be presented with an 'Are you sure' alert, choose Yes, delete.
