You can manage your account details including changing your password in the app:
To change your password to something new
1. From the home screen go to Menu > Profile > Manage account details.
2. Choose Change or reset password.
3. Enter your existing password first to verify that it is you.
4. Enter your new password and re-enter it below to confirm it. Tap Done and your new password will be set and you can continue using Insite right away. However, you will have to sign in again on your other devices with your new password.
To reset your password
1. From the home screen go to Menu > Profile > Manage account details.
2. Choose Change or reset password.
3. Tap Reset password.
4. Tap Send email from the popup options.
5. Head over to your emails and look for the email with the subject 'Reset your password for Insite' (don't forget to check your junk!).
6. Your password is now reset and you will need to choose a new one. Follow the link in the email and enter your new password in the input field. Tap Save and your password will now have been changed. You can now return to Insite and log in with your new password.
Note: You will still be signed in on your devices until you have closed the app and reopened it - or refreshed the page on the desktop. If you would like to check that your password has been updated you can log out and log back in with your new password, or close your app and reopen it where you will back on the log in page.
