Insite Teams automatically logs all activity against each list as and when it happens. This audit trail provides in-depth records about all changes to a list including updates to details and status changes.
To view list activity
1. From the home screen go to Your project.
2. You will now be presented with the project overview screen.
3. Go to your project lists.
4. Tap on the list you would like to view the activity for.
5. Tap the Reports & Details tab above the search bar at the top of the screen on the right-hand side.
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will find the list activity underneath the Activity heading.
7. The list activity feed displays up to 5 of the latest activities by default. Tap Show more if there are more than 5 to reveal the entire activity log for the list.
8. Tap on an activity to reveal all of the information about the changes made and who made them.
