Add, edit and remove comments – Insite Group

To add a comment

1. Create an item or open up an item you would like to add comments to.

2. Go to the Comments heading and tap Tap to add a comment.

3. You will be presented with the Add comment screen. Enter your comment in the comment field under the Comment heading.

4. To save your comment make sure to tap ✓ in the top right of your screen.

5. Make sure to save your changes to the item by tapping ✓ in the top right of your screen on the Manage item page after you have exited the Add comment page.

Notes:

- You will lose your comment changes if you don't save your item after adding comments!

- If you do not have permission to change the item status then you will also have the opportunity to request a status update with your comment. See Request or approve a status update.

To edit an item comment

1. Open up the item which you would like to edit comments on.

2. Go to the Comments heading and tap on the comment which you would like to edit.

3. You will be presented with the Edit comment screen. Edit your comment as desired.

4. To save your changes make sure to tap ✓ in the top right of your screen.

5. Make sure to save your changes to the item by tapping the ✓ in the top right of your screen on the Manage item page after you have exited the Manage comment page.

Note: You will lose your comment changes if you don't save your item after adding comments!

To remove a comment

1. Open up the item which you would like to delete comments from.

2. Go to the Comments heading and tap on the comment that you would like to delete.

3. You will be presented with the Edit comment screen. Tap Delete comment underneath the comment details box under the Information heading.

4. You will be presented with an 'Are you sure' alert. Tap Yes, delete to confirm and delete your comment.

5. To save your changes make sure to tap ✓ in the top right of your screen.

Note: If you accidentally remove a comment you can press the back arrow ❮ in the top left of your screen to cancel your changes and your comment will be kept on your item. If you remove a comment and save the item then you will not be able to recover this comment.
