Generated reports are stored in different places depending upon the type of report generated.
- Project reports for multiple lists (find out more) is accessed via the project dashboard
- Reports generated for individual lists (find out more) is accessed via the Reports & Details tab for the respective list.
To access project reports for multiple lists
1. From the home screen go to Your project.
2. You will now be presented with the project overview screen. You will find your reports stored under folders for both PDF and XLSX formats under the Reports heading. Tap on one of the report formats to view the respective project reports.
3. You will be presented with the project reports which have been generated in the chosen format. If you do not yet have any reports generated see Create a project report for multiple lists.
4.Tap Open to view a report.

To access reports for individual lists
1. From the home screen go to Your project.
2. You will now be presented with the project overview screen.
3. Go to your project lists.
4. Tap on the List which you would like to view a report.
5. Tap the Reports & Details tab above the search bar at the top of the screen on the right-hand side.
6. You will be presented with the Reports and Details screen, your most recent reports will appear at the top. If you do not yet have any reports generated see Create a report.
7. If you would like to view an old report head into the archive folder for the relevant format and locate the report. Tap Open on the report once you have found it to open it up.
